1 large Agaricus augustus
1/2 onion
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup fresh chervil (if you don't have chervil, try an extra 1/4 cup parsley and 1/4 cup basil, with a tablespoon or two of tarragon, if you have it)
1/4 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup almonds (roasted)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dice 1/2 the mushroom and saute it in half the coconut oil. Set aside.
Run the remaining mushroom and the onion through the food processor. Saute them in the remaining coconut oil.
Run the fresh herbs, garlic, salt and nuts through the food processor. When the mushrooms and onions are done, add the herb mixture with the olive oil. Saute a few minutes, add the Parmesan, and serve over pasta.
