1 tablespoon ground candy caps
2 tablespoons boiling water
1/2 cup Kombucha
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon non-instant powdered milk
optional additions:
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons lecithin
1 tablespoon diatomaceous earth, food grade
2 tablespoons chia seeds
or whatever you like to use
Soak the candy caps in the boiling water for a few minutes until they soften. Put them and all other ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and foamy. Serve.
