Serves 2 to 4
1 cup grated carrot
2/3 cup grated raw Boletus edulis stalk
1/2 cup finely chopped apple
2 tablespoons raisins
1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds
1 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coriander or 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
Mix all ingredients together, and serve.
