Our publishing coordinator told us that our cookbook was TOO big, and would be way over our budget to print. So, we are doing two things: we are cutting about a third of the recipes from the book, which will be used in a second volume in a couple of years, and we are preparing to do a crowdfunding campaign to help with printing costs. We still intend to publish this fall, but probably Sept. or early Oct., rather than Aug., as we were hoping.

Just another quick mention that your book delay notification has an incomplete last sentence...doesn't seem to be a big deal but figure that you would want to know.
